Chinese: Sweet – Sour with Rice.
The perfect chinese: sweet – sour with rice. recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
Marinate ingredients.
- 1 liter Salted water
- 400 g Sliced turkey
rasped:
- 7 Pc. Baby carrots
diced:
- 2 Pc. Mini pointed peppers yellow
- 1 Pc. Diced onion
and cut even smaller!
- 0,5 Can Diced pineapple
- 2 tablespoon Pineapple juice
- 1 tablespoon Flowerhoney
- 1 handful Roasted cashew nut
- 2 Knife point Chilli from the mill
- 2 teaspoon Sweet paprika
- 1 teaspoon Salt
fry:
- 1 shot Rapeseed oil
Freshly grated:
- 1 pinch Cinnamon
- 0,5 Can Coconut milk thin
stir in at the end:
- 1 tablespoon Mustard medium hot
- 1,5 tablespoon Ajvar
- 1 teaspoon Wine vinegar
- 1 Full cup of rice in salted water. Cook for 15 minutes.
- Put the sliced turkey in a bowl.
- Clean the pointed peppers, wash and dice.
- Baby carrots (already peeled) grate finely (fine)
- Peel the onion, toss. Add nuts.
Marinating:
- Marinate everything with: honey, paprika, sweet chili, salt, cinnamon
- Remove the pineapple with a spoon with no juice. Cut into small cubes. Add juice.
- Grate the cinnamon stick fresh so that we have about a pinch.
fry directly:
- Heat the rapeseed oil in a large pan, fry the meat mixture in 2 portions. 1. Put the portion on a plate.
- Pour 0.5 coconut milk on top.
- Season with: Ajvar mustard vinegar
