Chipotle Caper Dip

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 3 chili peppers (chipotle), from the jar
  • 3 m.-sized onion(s)
  • 2 tbsp capers
  • 3 dashes Worcestershire sauce
  • 4 tbsp Balsamic vinegar, dark
  • 1 tsp long pepper, black, ground

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

To Matjes

Peel the onions and roughly chop two of them. Finely slice one onion, set aside, and use it for garnishing later. Combine all other ingredients with the chopped onions in a blender and blend until slightly coarsely ground. Some chunks should still be visible. Serve the herring with the onion rings and the dip.
