Chop the chocolate and melt it in a double boiler. Cream the butter with the sugar, vanilla sugar, and a pinch of salt until fluffy. Stir in the egg and the melted, slightly cooled chocolate. Quickly stir in the flour, cocoa powder, and milk. Cover the dough and chill for at least 30 minutes. Line a baking tray with baking paper. Preheat the oven to 180°C (top/bottom heat). Shape the cold dough into small balls with your hands. Roll the dough balls in powdered sugar and place them on the prepared baking tray, leaving some space between them. Bake in the preheated oven for about 10 minutes. The balls should remain nice and crumbly in the center. Allow to cool and store in a tin. Sprinkle with powdered sugar before serving. One serving yields approximately 60 balls.
