Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 2 bananas
- ½ tbsp vanilla powder
- 1 tbsp cocoa
- 30 g cashew nuts, chopped, roasted

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 6 hours; Total time approx. 6 hours 10 minutes
healthy chocolate ice cream for breakfast
Cut the bananas into chunks and freeze them for at least 6 hours. Blend the frozen bananas with the vanilla powder and cocoa powder. Garnish with the roasted cashews and serve immediately.
