Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 60 g oat flakes, wholegrain
  • 200 ml almond milk (almond drink) or coconut milk, unsweetened
  • 50 ml water
  • e.g. coconut flakes
  • 1 banana(s)
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder

Bring the oats, milk, and water to a simmer in a small saucepan. If you want to use coconut flakes—they add a special texture and great flavor—add about 50 ml of water. The porridge should have a creamy consistency, with the oats still having a slight bite. This should take about five minutes. Meanwhile, mash the banana with a fork. Once the porridge is ready, add the banana and stir until the banana and porridge are perfectly blended and the banana is hot. Finally, stir in the cocoa powder, remove the pan from the heat, and serve the chocolate-banana porridge. The porridge contains approximately 250 kcal per serving.
