Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 500 ml milk
  • Cocoa powder as desired
  • 2 small bananas
  • Honey as desired
  • oatmeal

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Combine everything in a tall blender and blend. It’s filling, ready super quickly, and a quick replacement for dinner, lunch, or breakfast if you add oatmeal after blending. If you like, you can also replace some of the milk with vanilla ice cream.
