Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 180 g flour
  • 110 g butter, room temperature
  • 40 g sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 3 bananas
  • 100 g chocolate, dark
  • 150 ml cream
  • 150 g brown sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 35 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 35 minutes

Dough preparation: Combine flour, sugar, butter, and 1 egg; knead well. Wrap the dough in cling film and refrigerate for about 30 minutes. Then, using your hands, press the dough into a tart pan, pulling up the edges. Prick the dough several times with a fork. Topping preparation: Beat the remaining eggs with brown sugar until frothy. Then add the cream and mix. Peel the bananas, halve them lengthwise, and place them on the dough. Coarsely grate the chocolate over the top. Pour the egg/cream mixture over the top and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 45 minutes.
