Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 250 g butter or margarine
- 6 eggs
- 100 g fructose
- 100 g flour (wholemeal)
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 1 jar sour cherries

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 6 minutes; Total time approx. 16 minutes
Chocolate cake in a Tupperware micro jug
Melt the butter in a saucepan. Add the eggs and sugar and whisk vigorously. Combine the cocoa, flour, and baking powder. Add the mixture to the butter, egg, and sugar mixture and whisk vigorously. Then stir in the cherries and microwave uncovered for 6-7 minutes at 600 watts.
