Ingredients
Vanilla icecream:
- 400 ml Sweet cream
- 250 g Mascarpone
- 3 Pc. Egg yolk
- 1 Pc. Vanilla pods (pulp only)
- 100 g Sugar
- 2 packet Vanilla sugar
Chocolate cake:
- 100 g Chocolate
- 100 g Butter
- 100 g Sugar
- 30 g Flour
- 3 Pc. Eggs
Fruit level:
- 400 g Forest fruits TK
- 200 g Sugar
- 1 Pc. Vanilla pod
Instructions
- For the ice cream we put all the ingredients in a blender and mix everything well. Then put the mixture in an ice cream maker and whip for about 60 minutes (depending on the ice cream maker). The mass can also be stored in the freezer without any problems. It still stays nice and creamy.
- For the cake we melt the chocolate together with the butter in a water bath. Beat the eggs and mix with the chocolate and the remaining ingredients. Grease the molds with butter and pour the mixture into the molds. Put everything in the oven at 210 degrees for about 15 minutes. The time here can vary depending on the oven, mold size and chocolate. Just try it out and poke the cake with a wooden skewer in between. If nothing sticks anymore, it's done.
- For the fruit mirror, simply boil the frozen fruits with the pulp of the vanilla pod, the vanilla peel and the sugar. Then mix everything well again.
- Now arrange everything on a plate and dust with powdered sugar.
