Chocolate Cakes with Liquid Core on Fruit Mirror and Ice Cream
The perfect chocolate cakes with liquid core on fruit mirror and ice cream recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
Fruit mirror
- Orange juice
- 6 tsp Strength
- 6 tsp Orange liqueur
- 1 tsp Lemon juice
- 3 tbsp Powdered sugar
Chocolate cakes
- 100 g Chocolate 80% cocoa
- 3 Eggs
- 115 g Sugar
- 45 g Flour
- 70 g Olive oil
- 1 tbsp Butter
- 100 g Sugar
Fruit mirror
- Mix the starch with orange juice and thicken by simmering gently. Then season with orange liqueur, lemon juice and powdered sugar.
Chocolate cakes
- Melt the chocolate in a double boiler. Mix eggs, flour, sugar and olive oil into a batter and slowly add the melted chocolate. Grease the molds with butter and sprinkle with sugar. Fill the dough halfway into the molds and bake in a preheated oven at 100 degrees for about 9 minutes. Serve the cake hot on the fruit mirror and with some ice.
