Chocolate Cheese Slices with Peach

The perfect chocolate cheese slices with peach recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • For the dough
  • 120 gr Flour
  • 70 gr Sugar
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 tsp Baking powder
  • 30 gr Cocoa powder please do not drink cocoa!
  • 70 gr Butter
  • Some Milk
  • For the filling:
  • 500 gr Skinny quack
  • 2 Eggs
  • 300 ml Milk
  • 1 tbsp Freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp Grated lemon peel
  • 70 gr Sugar
  • 75 ml Sunflower oil
  • 1 pack Vanilla pudding powder
  • To garnish:
  • 1 big can Peaches
  • 2 tbsp Sugar
  • 1 packet Cake glaze clear
  1. Dough: Process all ingredients into a smooth dough. Add the milk as needed if the dough is too firm. I always like it a little softer so that I can spread it out on the sheet later. I don’t use a baking sheet here because the amount of dough is too little for a normal baking sheet. That’s why I mostly use a square baking dish or a square baking frame that can be adjusted. Dimensions approx 15×20 cm. Line the form with parchment paper and spread the dough on it. My dough is about 0.5-1 cm high, so it is really a thin base!
  1. 2nd filling: Mix all ingredients for the filling to a smooth mass and pour over the dough. Set the oven to about 160 degrees and bake for about 35 minutes.
  1. 10 minutes before the cake is ready you can prepare the icing by mixing the liquid of the peaches from the can with a little water and then adding about 300 ml of it to a saucepan with 2 tablespoons of sugar and the cake topping mixture and boil. If the pouring is too thick, add a little more juice.
  1. When the cake is ready, let it cool down for about 5 minutes, spread the peach pieces on top and pour the topping on top. The cake should now be put in the cold for at least 2 hours until it is firm!
  1. I prefer to eat the slices the next day, because that’s when they taste best and are nice and cool! 🙂
  1. And now I wish you a lot of fun baking and feasting on the slices 😉
