Chocolate curd with banana

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 tbsp almonds, sliced
  • 50 g dark chocolate
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • 250 g low-fat curd cheese
  • 1 tbsp vanilla sugar
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 2 bananas, ripe

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Toast the almonds in a dry pan until golden brown, stirring occasionally. Break the chocolate into pieces and stir in a small saucepan over low heat over a simmering water until smooth. Whisk the quark and milk until smooth. Stir in the vanilla sugar, sugar, and chocolate. Peel the bananas and place one on each dessert plate. Fill a piping bag fitted with a large star-shaped nozzle with the chocolate quark and pipe large tufts onto the dessert plates, then sprinkle with the almonds.
