Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 4 egg whites
- 200 g sugar, finest
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder, sifted
- 100 g chocolate, grated, dark

a wonderful recipe from my mother that I always bake during Advent
Beat egg whites until stiff, then gently fold in the sugar, then the remaining ingredients. Using two teaspoons, place small heaping spoonfuls onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake in the oven at 150°C for approximately 25 to 35 minutes. So simple, yet so delicious.
