Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 250 g butter, soft
- 100 g sugar
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 350 g flour
- 200 g marzipan
- ¼ bottle of bitter almond flavor
- Cocoa powder until the dough is dark
- Powdered sugar, for dusting

Cream soft butter, sugar, and vanilla sugar until fluffy. Sift in the flour, grate the marzipan over the top, add the bitter almond oil, and cocoa powder. Knead everything into a smooth dough. Then form into small balls. Bake at 175°C for 15-20 minutes.
