Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 200 g butter
- 200 g chocolate (70% cocoa content)
- 250 g sugar (for those who don’t like it so sweet, it can be less)
- 4 eggs
- 3 tbsp flour

Chocolate cake almost without flour
Line the bottom of a 26 cm springform pan with baking paper. Grease and flour the pan. Preheat the oven to 190 degrees Celsius. Break the chocolate into small pieces and melt it with the butter in a double boiler. Add the sugar and stir until melted. Let it cool slightly. Now break in the eggs, one at a time, and stir until the mixture is nice and creamy. Finally, add 3 tablespoons of flour and mix well; do not beat anymore! Pour the batter into the pan and bake in the lower half of the oven for 25 minutes. After 25 minutes, the cake will be beautifully velvety, moist, and melt in the mouth. If you prefer it a little firmer, simply leave the cake in for 10 minutes longer.
