Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 100 g dark chocolate
  • 200 g whipped cream
  • 250 g quark, 20%

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

First, chop the chocolate into small pieces and melt it in a double boiler. Let the melted chocolate cool slightly, then add the cream and blend with a hand blender. Add the quark and blend again until smooth. Store the chocolate mixture in a container and freeze, ideally overnight.
