Ingredients

  • 1,5 cups Flour
  • 1,5 tsp Baking powder
  • 1 bar Peppermint chocolate
  • 1,5 bars Dark chocolate
  • 6 tbsp Butter
  • 0,75 cups Sugar
  • 1 packet Vanilla sugar
  • 2 Eggs
  • Powdered sugar

Instructions

  • Mix the flour with the baking powder. Melt the mint chocolate and 100 grams of dark chocolate in a water bath. Chop the leftover dark chocolate into small pieces. Beat the butter with the sugar and vanilla sugar until frothy. Then stir in the chocolate. Mix in the eggs one by one and add the flour mixture. The dough should be viscous. Fold in the chopped chocolate. Spread the dough on cling film (rectangular and approx. 2 cm thick). Put the whole thing in the freezer for at least 1 hour. Cut the dough into cubes and roll in the powdered sugar. Place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake at 180 ° for about 10-12 minutes. Caution: The biscuits should be at least 3 cm apart, as they will still rise. I get 3 trays out of the dough.
