Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 150 g butter
  • 70 g sugar
  • 190 g flour
  • 50 g hazelnuts, ground
  • 30 g hazelnuts, chopped
  • ½ small bottle(s) of bitter almond flavoring
  • Salt
  • 80 g chocolate sprinkles
  • 50 g dark chocolate coating

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

with hazelnuts, makes about 30 cookies

Cream the butter and sugar until fluffy. Gradually stir in the flour, all the hazelnuts, bitter almond flavoring, and salt. Carefully fold in the chocolate sprinkles. Form the dough into a log, cut the log into slices, and shape them into half-moons. Bake in a preheated oven at 160°C (140°C fan-assisted oven) for 15 to 20 minutes. Melt the chocolate coating and dip each half-moon into the chocolate. Place on a wire rack to cool.
