Chocolate Mousse & Tiramisu in Glass

Mousse au Chocolat

  • 2 Pc. Egg yolk
  • 1 Pc. Protein
  • 2 cl Coffee Liqueur
  • 2 Ta Coffee
  • 250 g Mascarpone
  • 150 g Ladyfingers
  • Cocoa powder
  • 50 g Sugar
  • Berries red
  • 6 Pc. Protein
  • 300 g Dark chocolate

Tiramisu

  1. Mix the egg yolks, mascarpone, sugar and amaretto with a hand mixer until creamy. Beat egg whites until stiff and fold in.
  2. Soak spoon biscuits deeply in the coffee and pick up the glasses. Now form the layers in the glass, starting with the cream, then sponge cake, cream etc. until the glass is full.
  3. Dust some with cocoa powder, but only before serving. Put fresh berries on top.

Mousse au Chocolat
