Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • ½ tbsp instant cocoa powder
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch(s) of baking powder
  • 1 tbsp milk
  • 1 tbsp flour
  • Sugar 1/2 – 1 tsp, if needed

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 2 minutes; Total time approx. 12 minutes

simple and without many ingredients

Combine the cocoa powder with the milk and stir with a spoon. Add the flour and stir. Then stir in the salt and finally the baking powder. If desired, stir in 1/2-1 teaspoon of sugar. Microwave at 800 watts for 2-3 minutes. Serves a medium to large mug. If the mug is too small, reduce the quantities accordingly. Tastes great with cream.
