Chocolate-nut Dream

- 100 g Butter at room temperature
- 180 g Sugar
- 1 packet Vanilla sugar
- 4 Pc. Eggs
- 100 g Cocoa drink powder
- 100 g Ground hazelnuts
- 1 packet Chocolate pudding powder
- 1 packet Baking powder
- 0,125 l Milk
- 150 g Flour
- Apricot jam for spreading
- 100 g Melted chocolate
- Mix butter, sugar, vanilla sugar and yolks until frothy. Stir in cocoa powder, nuts and pudding powder. Mix the flour with baking powder and add to the dough alternately with the milk. At the end fold in the stiffly beaten snow. Put the mixture in a greased loaf pan. Bake at 180 ° for about 50 minutes. Brush with apricot jam while still warm. Cover with melted chocolate after cooling. Decorate as desired, e.g. with flaked almonds.
