Instructions
Working time approx. 2 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 3 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
ready in just five minutes and super tasty
Take two small bowls and mix the flour with the sugar, oil, egg, and milk in one. Then pour half of the batter into the second bowl. Add the cocoa powder and a little extra sugar to the mixture in the first bowl. In the second bowl, add the ground nuts, vanilla sugar, and a little vanilla extract. Now fill both batters alternately into a mug and place it in the microwave at around 800W for 2-3 minutes. The cooking time can vary depending on the wattage and microwave, so you’ll have to experiment a bit. Don’t despair if the first attempt fails. To be on the safe side, set the timer briefly and work your way up. You’ll know if the cake is done by scraping the top layer with a spoon. A slightly moist surface is normal! But underneath there’s a wonderfully fluffy cake!
