Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 g flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder or baking soda
  • 100 g sugar
  • 100 g butter
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 20 g cocoa powder
  • ½ orange(s), grated peel
  • 1 tbsp orange liqueur

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Quickly knead the flour with the baking powder, sugar, butter, and egg into a smooth dough. Divide the dough in half. Knead the cocoa powder into one half and the orange zest and orange liqueur into the other half. Roll out the light dough into a 1/2 cm thick sheet. Shape the dark part into a 2.5 cm thick roll and wrap it in the light dough. Chill for about 30 minutes. Cut the roll into 1/2 cm thick slices and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake in a preheated oven at 175°C for about 15 minutes.
