Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 3 bananas, very ripe
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter, creamy
  • 1 tsp, heaped cocoa powder, unsweetened
  • 2 tbsp peanuts, roasted

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Rest time approx. 5 hours; Total time approx. 5 hours 5 minutes

simple, for overripe bananas

Slice the peeled bananas and freeze for at least 5 hours. Blend the peanut butter with the cocoa powder and frozen banana pieces in a tall bowl, then fold in the peanuts.
