Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 4 oranges
- 4 bulb(s)
- e.g. lime juice, freshly squeezed
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp almond slivers
- Mint or lemon balm
- Cinnamon
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Peel the oranges so that even the white pith is completely removed. Cut the flesh into slices. Halve the slices and arrange them on a large plate in a shingle-like pattern. Peel the pears and cut the flesh into pieces. Drizzle with lime juice and sprinkle with sugar. Let stand for 5 minutes. Arrange the marinated pear pieces next to the orange slices. Sprinkle with slivered almonds and torn mint or lemon balm leaves. Sprinkle with a touch of cinnamon.
