Chocolate Pear Cake

- 5 medium sized Diced pears
- 2 Panel Dark chocolate
- 250 g Margarine
- 200 g Sugar
- 5 Eggs
- 300 g Flour
- 1 packet Baking powder
- Wash, peel and dice the pears. Break the chocolate into small pieces. Beat the fat and sugar until frothy. Gradually stir in the eggs.
- Add flour and baking powder and work everything into a smooth dough. Fold in the chocolate. Grease a springform pan and fill in half of the batter. Spread the pear cubes on the dough and spread the remaining dough on top.
