Chocolate Pear Cake

  • 5 medium sized Diced pears
  • 2 Panel Dark chocolate
  • 250 g Margarine
  • 200 g Sugar
  • 5 Eggs
  • 300 g Flour
  • 1 packet Baking powder
  1. Wash, peel and dice the pears. Break the chocolate into small pieces. Beat the fat and sugar until frothy. Gradually stir in the eggs.
  2. Add flour and baking powder and work everything into a smooth dough. Fold in the chocolate. Grease a springform pan and fill in half of the batter. Spread the pear cubes on the dough and spread the remaining dough on top.
  3. Bake in a preheated oven at 175 ° C for 60-70 minutes. Immediately remove the cake from the mold and sieve with cocoa powder.
