Chocolate rice pudding

Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 2 bags of rice (long grain rice)
  • salt water
  • 2 cups whipped cream
  • 1 pack of pudding powder (chocolate)
  • 500 ml milk
  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • 1 small jar of Nutella

Instructions

Working time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour

with Nutella

Cook the rice in salted water according to the package instructions. Prepare the chocolate pudding according to the package instructions with the milk and sugar. Cool in a cold water bath, stirring constantly to prevent a skin from forming. Pour the lukewarm pudding into a large bowl and stir in the jar of Nutella. Add the rice and continue cooling. Meanwhile, whip the cream with a hand mixer until stiff peaks form and carefully fold it into the cooled chocolate rice.
