Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 2 eggs
- ½ cup sugar
- 2 tbsp water
- 6 tbsp oil
- 1 cup flour
- 2 tsp, leveled baking powder
- 1 jar sour cherries, pitted, drained (collect the juice)
- 2 cups of cream
- 2 bags of Dr. Oetker Paradiescreme (chocolate)
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
– super easy, quick and delicious –
Combine eggs, sugar, water, oil, flour, and baking powder. Pour into a 26cm springform pan. Bake at 175°C (350°F) top/bottom heat until the base is golden brown (approx. 15-20 minutes). Let the base cool in the pan. Then stir together the cream, drained sour cherries, and half of the cherry juice. Finally, stir in the two packets of Paradiescreme (paradise cream) and quickly spread everything evenly over the base of the springform pan. Chill in the refrigerator for a few hours. Tastes great chilled in warm weather.
