Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 60 g dark chocolate
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 125 g sugar
  • 1 packet of Bourbon vanilla sugar
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 300 g ground almonds
  • ½ pack of baking powder
  • 1 egg white
  • 60 g powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp cocoa powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 40 minutes; Rest time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 12 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 7 minutes

Gluten-free, lactose-free and delicious

Finely grate the chocolate. Beat the egg, egg yolk, sugar, and vanilla sugar until frothy. Then knead in the salt, almonds, chocolate, and baking powder. Chill the dough for 15 minutes. Meanwhile, for the glaze, beat the egg whites until stiff. Slowly add the cocoa powder and icing sugar while continuing to beat. Preheat the oven to 175°C. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Roll out the dough into a rectangle about 5 millimeters thick and cut into finger-thick sticks. Spread the sticks thickly with the glaze. Bake for about 12 minutes.
