Heavy but incredibly delicious chocolate cake

Line a baking sheet with baking paper and place a baking frame approximately 20 x 30 cm on top. Melt the chocolate for the batter in a double boiler, stirring occasionally. Meanwhile, combine the flour, almonds, cocoa, and salt. Stir the butter into the melted chocolate and set aside. Beat the eggs until frothy, then add the sugar and beat until creamy. Add the chocolate butter, the flour mixture, and the milk and stir briefly. Pour the batter into the prepared baking frame. Bake in the preheated oven for about 30-35 minutes at 180°C (top/bottom crack) or 160°C (fan oven). The surface should be nice and firm, but when a skewer inserted into the center comes out slightly moist. Cool on a wire rack. Meanwhile, for the topping, melt the chocolate and stir in the butter and milk. Refrigerate. Once the cake is still lukewarm, spread the cream evenly over it. Sprinkle with flaked almonds and cut into small pieces like brownies.
