Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g flour, smooth
  • 100 g sugar
  • ½ pack of baking powder
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • ½ small bottle(s) of rum flavoring
  • 2 tbsp rum
  • 180 g butter, soft
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 20 minutes

Makes about 60 cookies

Combine the flour and baking powder and sift into a mixing bowl. Add the sugar, vanilla sugar, rum flavoring, rum, and butter and knead into a dough. Knead half of the dough with the cocoa powder. Briefly knead the dough together to prevent it from mixing. Form into a roll about 3 cm thick and freeze for 1 hour. Cut the roll into approximately 6 mm thick slices and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Place the sheet in the center of the preheated oven. Bake at 200°C for 8 minutes.
