Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 500 g sausage (chorizo, Spanish strongly seasoned sausage)
  • 750 ml Cider (Sadra), Spanish cider

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Pierce the sausage several times with a toothpick, but don’t cut it yet. Heat the sadra in a pan and let it simmer for 15 minutes. Cut the sausage into bite-sized pieces and skewer it on toothpicks. Serve warm.
