Ingredients for 14 servings:
- 500 g quark (low-fat quark)
- 200 g yogurt 1.5% (the liquid one!)
- 1 egg(s)
- 2 tbsp oil (rapeseed oil)
- 80 g maple syrup
- 2 tbsp vanilla sugar
- 250 g Flour (wholemeal spelled flour)
- 100 g flour (spelt flour type 630)
- 2 packets of baking powder (cream of tartar)
- 1 pinch of salt
- 4 tbsp raisins
- 1 egg(s)
- 1 tsp cane sugar

In a bowl, thoroughly mix the wet ingredients with the vanilla sugar. Combine the flours with the baking powder and salt and stir into the quark mixture. Finally, knead in the raisins. Then, with wet hands, form small balls from the dough and place them on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Beat the egg and brush the rolls with it. Sprinkle each with a little brown sugar. Bake at approximately 170°C (top and bottom heat) for approximately 25 minutes. As a precaution, do a toothpick test after three-quarters of the baking time. Every oven bakes differently! Total: 44.5 points / based on 14 rolls, 3 points per roll for a giant roll.
