Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 80 g butter or margarine
  • 160 g sugar
  • 160 g flour
  • 1 small egg(s)
  • 80 g raisins
  • 1 cup walnuts, chopped or ground hazelnuts
  • 1 pinch of nutmeg
  • 1 pinch of cinnamon powder
  • 1 tsp. clove powder
  • 1 pinch of cardamom powder
  • 1 tsp baking powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Mix all ingredients together thoroughly. Place small piles on a baking sheet. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (convection oven) for about 5-10 minutes. The cookies shouldn’t get too dark! Remove from the oven and let cool. Then store in a container in a cool place. We eat these cookies very quickly, but they’ll keep well for 1-2 weeks. Yields about 25-35 cookies.
