Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 250 g butter
- 250 g sugar
- 250 g flour
- 3 egg yolks
- 2 packets of vanilla sugar (bourbon vanilla sugar)
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tbsp milk
- ½ bottle of flavoring (lemon flavor)
- 1 tbsp chili powder (jalapeno chipotle chili powder) or as needed)

Knead all ingredients thoroughly and roll out. The chili powder should be evenly and clearly distributed throughout the dough; then you’ve got the right amount. Cut out the pieces with cookie cutters, and the coating is ready. Place the pieces on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake at 225°C for 10-15 minutes. Warning! These pieces are really nasty. At first, they’re super delicious and sweet. But after swallowing, your mouth starts to tingle slightly, and the chili flavor tickles your taste buds.
