- 220 g flour
- 30 g cornstarch
- 120 g sugar
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 1 egg(s)
- 1 egg yolk
- 200 g butter, soft
- n. B. Icing sugar for dusting
Instructions

For the dough, combine the flour and cornstarch and place in a mixing bowl. Add the sugar, vanilla sugar, egg, egg yolk, and butter and mix with a hand mixer until smooth. Preheat the oven to approximately 180°C. Drop the dough into small heaps using 2 teaspoons on a baking sheet lined with baking paper, leaving enough space between each one. Bake for approximately 10-15 minutes. After baking, dust generously with powdered sugar and let cool.
