Christmas Cookies: Aniseed Cookies

- 3 Pc. Free range eggs
- 300 g Sugar
- 1 packet Whole aniseed spice
- 250 g Sifted flour
- 2 teaspoon Baking powder
- Parchment paper
- Beat eggs & sugar for 15 minutes at least until frothy. It has to be very creamy. Sugar must be fully dissolved.
- Mix and stir in the flour, baking powder and aniseed.
- Line several trays with baking paper.
- Either fill the dough into a piping bag or use 2 teaspoons to put small heaps on the paper.
- Now the cookies need to dry. About 1/2 day
- They are now covered with parchment paper and baked at 140 ° C for 25 minutes.
- Please do not use ground aniseed, because the cookies will not be so bright. I made mine again today.
