Ingredients
- 250 g Butter
- 100 g Powdered sugar
- 50 g Sifted flour
- 200 g Food starch
- 1 sachets Vanilla sugar or 2 teaspoons of homemade vanilla sugar
- 1 Egg Whites
- 50 g Crystal sugar
- 1 tbsp Water cold
Instructions
- Stir the butter until foamy.
- 60 g powdered sugar, flour and cornstarch, mix with the vanilla sugar and quickly knead with the butter and 1-2 tablespoons of cold water. Wrap the dough in foil and put it in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
