Christmas Cookies

  • 75 g Sugar
  • 1 pck. Vanilla sugar
  • 250 g Flour
  • 1 Egg yolk
  • 3 teel. Cocoa powder for baking
  • 2 tbsp Milk
  • 0,5 vial Taste of rum
  • 100 g Powdered sugar
  • 2 tbsp Milk
  • Sugar pearls
  1. Knead the flour, butter, sugar, vanilla sugar, cocoa, milk, romaine aroma and the egg yolk together well. Cut the butter into small pieces. It is best done with your hands. When the dough is nice and smooth, wrap the dough in cling film wrap and place in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Roll out the dough and cut out the stars. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
  3. Place the stars on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake for about 10-12 minutes
  4. Let it cool down. Mix the powdered sugar with the milk and add to the biscuits according to your mood. Sprinkle with sugar pearls.
  5. My skills in fine decorating are not very pronounced. You can certainly do better. There is no cocoa in one photo, so I was too fixated when taking pictures.
