Christmas ice cream, quick and tasty

Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 1 liter ice cream (vanilla ice cream), good, creamy
  • 2 gingerbread cookies (Elisenlebkuchen)
  • 100 ml cream, liquid
  • 1 sachet of sugar (orange sugar) or 1 shot of orange liqueur
  • 100 g dark chocolate, chopped
  • Cinnamon powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Remove the wafers from the gingerbread and cut them into fine cubes. Let the vanilla ice cream thaw for about 15 minutes, stir briefly with a mixer, then fold in the other ingredients and immediately refreeze.
