Christmas Michel

The perfect christmas michel recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 3 Bun
  • 1 Glass Cherries
  • 50 g Chocolate chips
  • 50 g Marzipan
  • 2 tbsp Sugar
  • Cinnamon
  • 2 Eggs
  • 250 ml Milk
  1. Drain the cherries well. Cut the rolls into thin slices. Grease the baking dish well and line it with rolls. Top with half of the cherries, chocolate chips, flaked almonds and marzipan. Place the rest of the rolls on top. Top with the remaining cherries, chocolate chips, flaked almonds and marzipan. Whisk the eggs with the milk. Add sugar and cinnamon and stir well, pour over the casserole. Bake in a preheated oven at 190 degrees for approx. 25 – 30 minutes.
