Christmas rice pudding

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 500 ml milk
  • 125 g rice pudding
  • 30 g hazelnuts, ground
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 2 tsp, heaped cocoa
  • 2 pinches of gingerbread spice
  • Cinnamon powder
  • Chocolate shavings, dark

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 35 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Combine the milk, vanilla sugar, cocoa, gingerbread spice, and cinnamon in a saucepan and bring to a boil while stirring. Add the rice pudding and simmer on low heat for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally. Then add the ground hazelnuts and stir in. Let everything simmer for another 5 minutes. Ladle the rice pudding into bowls and sprinkle with grated chocolate. Tip: Add 1 teaspoon of orange extract in oil.
