Christmas Roast Pork

The perfect christmas roast pork recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1,5 kg Roast pork
  • 3 tablespoon Dried mushrooms
  • 0,5 ml Water
  • 7 piece Cloves
  • 2 tsp Ground cinnamon
  • 1 Tough Fresh garlic
  • Oil
  • Butter
  • Pepper
  1. Soak the dried mushrooms in a little water. Remove the coarse fat from the meat and bring to the boil with the water. Then simmer for 10 minutes. Meanwhile cut the garlic in half and rub the meat on all sides with half the teeth. Then mix the cinnamon and pepper (to taste) and rub with the mixture and sprinkle with the cloves. Fry the meat and garlic vigorously on all sides with a little oil and butter. Then pour the mushroom mixture on and pour the stock created above. Depending on how you want to cook it (medium, etc.), let it simmer at a relatively low temperature until the cooking point is reached. Enjoy your meal.
