Chutney Sauce

The perfect chutney sauce recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 3 Pc. Fresh shallot
  • 2 tbsp Mango chutney
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 a cup Sour cream 10% fat
  • Curry
  • Salt
  1. Peel and halve the shallots and cut into fine strips.
  2. Mix the mangochutny with the sour cream, Dijon mustard, curry and salt and mix in the shallots. You can also use onion instead of scarlet and the quantities are not so strictly easy to dose according to personal taste.
  3. Let it draw a little and fill into a bowl.
  4. The tip goes perfectly with fondue and grilled food.
