Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 120 g butter, soft
  • 100 g sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 125 g flour
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 50 g cereal (Cini Minis), crumbled
  • 175 g butter, soft
  • 300 g powdered sugar
  • 2 tsp, heaped cinnamon powder or cinnamon sugar
  • 24 cereals (Cini Minis) for garnishing

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Cream the butter and sugar until creamy. Fold in 2 eggs. Mix the flour and baking powder and gradually add to the butter and egg mixture. Crumble the Cini Minis, preferably in a ziplock bag, and fold them into the batter. Fill 12 muffin cases with the batter and bake at 180°C (top/bottom heat) for approx. 20 minutes. Remove from the oven and let cool. For the topping, mix the icing sugar with the cinnamon and gradually stir into the butter until you have a firm topping. This can be done with just 250g of icing sugar; in this case, do not stir in the remaining icing sugar! Garnish the cooled muffins with the topping. Place 2 Cini Minis on top for decoration.
