Wild garlic pesto with cream cheese

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 100 g wild garlic
  • 50 g pine nuts
  • 175 g double cream cheese
  • 6 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Wash the wild garlic and remove the stems. Place all ingredients, except the cream cheese, in a blender and blend until everything reaches the right consistency. Finally, add the cream cheese and blend again. Use it for grilling, as a pesto for pasta, or as a spread on bread rolls. It’s spicy and a bit hot, and not suitable for children.
