Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g margarine
  • 7 eggs, including the yolk
  • 140 g sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 500 g flour
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • Cinnamon
  • Sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Beat the margarine, 5 egg yolks, sugar, and vanilla sugar until fluffy. Knead in the flour and baking powder. Form small balls, first in the egg wash (2 egg yolks and 2 tablespoons of milk), then in the cinnamon and sugar. Bake at 210°C (fan oven 190°C) for 15-20 minutes. Unfortunately, I can’t give an exact “serving” figure; it will make about 2-3 baking sheets. Also, I haven’t checked the clock while baking, so this is only an estimate.
