Ingredients

  • 500 g Flour
  • 1,5 tsp Salt
  • 3 tbsp Sugar
  • 1 tsp Cinammon
  • 80 g Margarine
  • 0,5 cube Yeast
  • 250 ml Milk
  • Plus milk for brushing and possibly poppy seeds / sesame seeds

Instructions

  • Mix the flour, salt and cinnamon in a bowl. Put Magarine on top.
  • Warm the milk with sugar and dissolve the yeast in it and add to the flour mixture.
  • Process everything into a smooth dough and cover with a damp cloth so that the dough does not dry out. Let the dough rise in a warm place for 30 minutes. I always put the dough in the microwave, that's where it will go.
  • Knead the dough again after rising. Shape 12 balls and place on a plate, brush with milk and possibly poppy seeds or sesame seeds on top. Let rise for another 30 minutes. In the meantime, turn on the oven to 175 ° degrees circulating air. When the oven is hot, bake the rolls for 15-20 minutes.
