Ingredients
sauce
- 2 can Tomato puree approx. 140 g
- 1,5 dL Water
- 2 Garlic
- 1 tsp Pepper
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Sweet paprika
- 1 tsp Chilli (cayenne pepper)
Carne
- 3 Tomatoes
- 1 Peperoncini
- 2 Onions
- 2 tbsp Chili oil
- 400 g Minced meat
- 1 dL Meat bouillon
- 1 can Kidney beans approx. 170 g
- 1 can Corn kernels approx. 280 g
- Salt
- Pepper
Instructions

- Bring the tomato puree and water to the boil. Chop the garlic and add. Season with pepper, salt, cayenne pepper and paprika. Simmer for 30 to 60 minutes.
Carne
- Chop the tomatoes, peppers and onions into small pieces. Rinse the corn kernels and kidney beans and drain well.
- Fry the minced meat and onions in chili oil until crumbly.
- Add the sauce and season with salt and pepper. Add the tomatoes, peperoncini and bouillon. Let simmer for about 10 minutes.
- Add kidney beans and corn kernels. Let simmer for about 10 minutes.
- Serve with tortilla chips.
