Chilli with Meat

The perfect chilli with meat recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

sauce

  • 2 Can Tomato puree approx. 140 g
  • 1,5 dl Water
  • 2 Pc. Garlic
  • 1 tsp Pepper
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Sweet paprika
  • 1 tsp Chilli (cayenne pepper)

Carne

  • 3 Pc. Tomatoes
  • 1 Pc. Peperoncini
  • 2 Pc. Onions
  • 2 tbsp Chili oil
  • 400 g Minced meat
  • 1 dl Meat bouillon
  • 1 Can Kidney beans approx. 170 g
  • 1 Can Corn kernels approx. 280 g
  • Salt
  • Pepper

sauce

  1. Bring the tomato puree and water to the boil. Chop the garlic and add. Season with pepper, salt, cayenne pepper and paprika. Simmer for 30 to 60 minutes.

Carne

  1. Chop the tomatoes, peppers and onions into small pieces. Rinse the corn kernels and kidney beans and drain well.
  2. Fry the minced meat and onions in chili oil until crumbly.
  3. Add the sauce and season with salt and pepper. Add the tomatoes, peperoncini and bouillon. Let simmer for about 10 minutes.
  4. Add kidney beans and corn kernels. Let simmer for about 10 minutes.
  5. Serve with tortilla chips.
