Ingredients
 

sauce

  • 2 can Tomato puree approx. 140 g
  • 1,5 dL Water
  • 2 Garlic
  • 1 tsp Pepper
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Sweet paprika
  • 1 tsp Chilli (cayenne pepper)

Carne

  • 3 Tomatoes
  • 1 Peperoncini
  • 2 Onions
  • 2 tbsp Chili oil
  • 400 g Minced meat
  • 1 dL Meat bouillon
  • 1 can Kidney beans approx. 170 g
  • 1 can Corn kernels approx. 280 g
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Instructions

  • Bring the tomato puree and water to the boil. Chop the garlic and add. Season with pepper, salt, cayenne pepper and paprika. Simmer for 30 to 60 minutes.

Carne

  • Chop the tomatoes, peppers and onions into small pieces. Rinse the corn kernels and kidney beans and drain well.
  • Fry the minced meat and onions in chili oil until crumbly.
  • Add the sauce and season with salt and pepper. Add the tomatoes, peperoncini and bouillon. Let simmer for about 10 minutes.
  • Add kidney beans and corn kernels. Let simmer for about 10 minutes.
  • Serve with tortilla chips.
