Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 300 g flour
  • 200 g butter
  • 120 g sugar
  • 3 tsp, smothered cinnamon
  • Flour for the work surface

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Easy as pie, only 4 ingredients!

In a mixing bowl, combine all ingredients by hand to form a dough. Preheat the oven to 180°C fan/convection oven. Dust the work surface with flour to prevent sticking and roll out the dough with a rolling pin to a thickness of approximately 3-4 mm. Cut out the dough with a cookie cutter and place the cookies on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake in the oven for 15 minutes, until the edges are lightly browned. Let cool.
